This year New York Fashion Week saw the first ever Halloween Themed Runway Show. Attendees of the show were greeted by buckets of halloween candy at their seats, a venetian style eye mask, and other halloween themed goodies. The show started off with the sounds of Michael Jackson's song "Thriller," and guests settled in to watch a show that featured 39 costumes that ranged from classic costumes such as witches and mermaids to animals to current, pop culture costumes, such as a "Snap Chat" costume. The fun part is that many of the costumes featured in the show can be purchased online, unlike many runway shows that feature clothes that could never be worn off the runway.
