Summer is coming and it's a good time to get back into shape. Some of us go to gyms, some of us get a personal trainer.
I go to metal yoga.
Yoga is find and all, but I'm not the type to enjoy all that quasi-new age nonsense and cultural appropriation that usually comes with it. So take the poses, make them scary, and add a death metal soundtrack, and you've got metal yoga bones! It's fun, it's healthy, and I would go every day if I could.
