The "Clown Motel" is Real and It's Terrifying!!!

In case you ever find yourself in the little town of Tonopah, Nevada make sure to check out the infamous Clown Motel, which, if not creepy enough in its own right, sits next to a century-old miner's graveyard

The motel claims to cater mostly to bikers, truckers, and any cross-country drivers that get lost enough to find themselves in this arid neck of the woods. Now and then a brave tourist will spend a few nights here for novelty's sake.

It just so happens that the motel is also the last center of civilization before the expansive Nevada desert, so if you find yourself being chased by evil clowns in the middle of the night, make sure you bring a canteen or two.

Perhaps the most unsettling thing about the motel is the interior:

Yes: clowns on clowns on clowns! Although many find the countless dolls and figurines unsettling, those who run the quirky joint insist that inspiring fear was never the goal. Still, if you have even the slightest phobia of clowns, this place will give you the heebie-jeebies.

While there are rumors that both the motel and the cemetery are haunted, there is virtually no proof to back that up. Regardless, we think this place is just begging for its spot in the Hollywood horror canon, and we wouldn't be surprised if scary movie based on this creepy attraction was released in the near future.
